- Britt and I were married on July 7, 2007 after meeting during a class required for work and found out we were expecting on January 9, 2009. We were blessed on September 13, 2009 with a beautiful little girl. She has been such a wonderful gift and we haved loved every minute of being parents. I am a nurse in the PICU at the Blair E Batson hospital for children and Britt works in the CICU at UMMC. I will work part time once I go back from maternity leave so that I am able to stay home with Brooklee. This has been such a wonderful experience and I feel so lucky to be married to my best friend and have such a wonderful little family!
